Tax Preparation – Let’s simplify your life

I love tax season said no one ever. Let’s be honest, it is the least favorite season of the year! Dreaded by individuals and corporations alike as they don’t know how much more extra money they will have to send the government. But don’t fret, we’ve got you.

Be smart with our services

We meet with the individual or company owner and analyze the prior year tax return. From that point, we’ll give our assessment on what options you may have. We all have to pay taxes, we’ll help you find ways of not overpaying taxes by analyzing what deductions you may have missed or if there is something you can be doing, like contributing to a retirement plan that can lower your tax bill.

Convenience

We love working remotely! For this we have setup a client portal where you can upload all you tax documents safely. Once documents have been uploaded we’ll take care of your taxes while you concentrate on growing your business or spending time with the family. Taxes are filed electronically, we’ll send you what needs to be sign and file them with the IRS.

Affordability

We don’t charge by the hour, our services are based on a flat fee. This way you won’t be surprised when you receive the bill, you already know what it’s going to be! We’ll asses the complexity of the return and give you a quote. Is that simple.

Security

We also believe in protecting your information and for that effect, we have invested in providing you with a secure site to upload documents and download reports. Through this portal, you can see drafts, download and or upload documents securely and keep copies of the return. All data is encrypted with a 256-bit AES standard on the data servers, and transmitted data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
