Our Base Service is after-the-fact bookkeeping, where you pay the bills and create invoices each month. We then go in and apply customer payments, import transactions via bank fee, reconcile bank and credit cards when it applies, verify that the information and transactions entered are correct, make journal entries when needed to provide a correct monthly reporting and reconciliation for a flat fee.
Convenience
We take care of the back office while you concentrate on growing your business. We love working remotely! This way everyone has access to the books at the same time without slowing anyone down.
Affordability
We don’t charge by the hour, our services are based on a monthly fee. This way you won’t be surprised when you receive the bill, you already know what it’s going to be!
Clean Bookkeeping
When is time to file your taxes your tax preparer will thank you, as your books will be clean and done in plenty of time to comply with the IRS.
Security
We also believe in protecting your information and for that effect we have invested in providing you with a secure site to upload documents and download reports.
